E P P I N G

Welcome to St Peter's
Welcome to St Peter’s Catholic Primary School, Epping. We are a Child Safe school promoting the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children. We are proud of our Catholic faith and tradition and this underpins all areas of school life as evidenced by relationships, language and rituals. The connection with our parish is strong and this reputation is highly valued in the wider community.
I invite you to join with me as I begin a new chapter at St Peter’s Primary school as Principal. St Peter’s is large enough to offer exceptional grounds and learning facilities yet small enough to know each child individually. The school has four engaging learning spaces that enhance student learning independently and collaboratively with peers. Our vision for St Peter’s is that students, staff and families work closely together and develop strong links that will enhance the learning for all of our students. We work together to ensure that our students are taught at the point of learning entry. Each student’s learning journey will look different as each person is unique.
At St Peter's Primary School we are a community dedicated to creating a collaborative culture of learning where students learn to problem solve and think critically and creatively. Our teachers are passionate about children, learning and life and we understand that forming sound good relationships are at the heart of good teaching. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards in Literacy and Numeracy whilst nurturing the wellbeing of each student.
The children are engaged cognitively, spiritually and relationally in their education. The needs of the student are central to everything that we do at St Peter’s. I encourage you to come and have a tour of St Peter’s Primary school, Epping. Please call the office and make arrangements for a personal tour.
I look forward to meeting you and sharing in the journey of your child’s education to be the best they can be.
When you enrol your child at St Peters, it is the whole family who is welcomed warmly into our community.
Kindest Regards,

We recognise that families are very busy and this year we have decided to present our information sessions on our website. Curriculum leaders and staff will present information to families. This platform allows families to view the information at a time that works best for them. The presentation will be uploaded on the 12th of March, 2021.
If you have questions that are not addressed in the presentation families are welcome to ask questions during the tours or call the school and our friendly office staff will direct you to the appropriate person.
Our students' wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at St Peter's
At St Peter's we believe you can teach a student a lesson for a day, but if you teach them to learn by curiosity, they will continue the learning process as long as they live.
